Security seals are classified into 3 classifications as per ISO 17712:2013.

The next level is Security Seals (Classification “S”). Security seals are typically made from metal, and offer more physical strength compared to the indicative classification, but not as much physical strength as the last category: High Security Seals (Classification “H”). High Security Seals are the strongest of the 3 classifications of seals. These are the seals that are also known as C-TPAT compliant seals.
