Having support for your breasts is important when you work out and a good sports bra can prevent backaches by supporting your chest. You don’t have to pay a lot to get a good sports bra, but it should allow you to move freely while keeping everything in place. Fabric is Important
When you work out, your clothing needs to move with you and not be too tight or binding. It is also important to choose materials that breathe, so sweat can dry and not be trapped against your skin.
